Unique to Seattle Public Schools, Orca nutrition committee volunteers maintain an independent healthy snack program offering K-5 students quality snacks throughout the schoolyear. Parents and caregivers give to the program that supports local and organic when possible and fresh fruits and vegetables straight from Columbia City Farmer's Market when possible.
