Literature Work: Choose 3 activities as a way to share your comprehension and understanding of the literature book you are reading. You may come up with one activity of your choice. See list of 100 ways to share a book. You will get an opportunity in your small group to share what you did.

  1. Write a one paragraph summary or review of the book.
  2. Make a double bubble Map comparing two characters in the book. Or comparing yourself to a character in the book. Make at least 4 things unique about each and 4 similarities.
  3. Make a museum “suitcase.” Choose at least five items that were important in the story and write a description of them and why they were important.
  4. Make a shoe box diorama of your favorite scene in the book. Write a paragraph describing why you chose the scene that you did.
  5. Be inspired by your literature book to write your own creative story about the book.
  6. Make a time line of important events in the book.
