The Orca Safety Committee has been working hard to address numerous safety issues pertaining to child drop off, pick up, traffic flow, crosswalks and more. Please read the following to partner with the committees efforts to increase safety and awareness in and around Orca.
Some of the projects the safety committee has taken on include working with the city to re-paint crosswalks, discuss traffic flow and add or replace signage. The committee has also re-painted the curbs along Dawson and will be spearheading a campaign to walk or bicycle to school. More to follow.
