A Poem: My Mother’s Love Song

A few months before my mother passed away, she shared
with me her thoughts about love. I was able to weave her thoughts into a
tapestry of memories. I just want to share these thoughts with you on this
Valentine’s
Day
.

Mother’s
Love Song
W
hen
you truly love someone,
You
love that person unconditionally.
You
will be there for that person no matter what.
You
love with all your heart,
And
you love because you do…
Without
asking for love in return.
You
give that person
All
the freedom that person needs,
And
you will be there to support and love
Without
questioning.
When
you can do that
Then
you finally find true love.
Don’t
be afraid to let your heart feel deeply
Even
though it is sometimes hurtful.
That
is a part of being in love
And
that makes love special.
Continue
to lead your life with your heart
And
love will find the way.
